Cause. The motor speed has exceeded the value of SP10 in a 12%.
Solution. Bad cabling or poor connection of the position sensor or of the motor
power.
Maybe, the velocity loop is not adjusted properly. There may be a speed
overshooting in the system response. Decrease the overshooting.
Cause. The duty cycle demanded from the motor is greater than it can provide
