Commissioning tips
If the error message "Periphery error" appears
when the operating voltage is switched on, one
of the causes is that the operating voltage for
the valves and electrical outputs is not switched
on (pin 2 of the operating voltage connection of
the valve terminal is without voltage). This is
always the case when the load voltage is not
switched on until after the power up phase of the
controller. Due to the factory setting of DIL
switch element 2, this leads correctly to an error
message.
Recommendation:
In this case, switch off the monitoring of the
valve/output voltage (DIL switch 2 at ON) and
evaluate the undervoltage message with the aid
of the status bits.
