The valve terminal triggers "PF Peripherie fault"
as a common error message, as described in
Chapter 4.2.6. If the valve teminal type 03 or
type 05 is fitted with input modules, this common
error message can be more accurately deci-
phered with the aid of the status bits.
Status bits
The four status bits are made available by the
terminal and interrogated like normal inputs. The
contents are coded and contain the following
information:
PLEASE NOTE
The four status bits of the valve terminal are
only available when the terminal is fitted with
input modules. They always occupy four ad-
dresses of the address range. The position of
the status bits (low byte/high byte, byte n/n+1)
depends principally on the INTERBUS control-
ler board and your controller.
