3. Check whether there is at least one feature in which the
various orientations differ.
4. Press the STATUS/TEACH button in order to scan the next
orientation

If fault E20 is shown, the nominal orientation cannot be dis-
tinguished from other orientations.
Possible causes of the fault:
– The nominal orientation has been taught several times by
mistake.
S Repeat the complete teach procedure. Pay attention
to the positio ning of the sample parts in accordance
with the orientation show n.
– The nominal orientation is too similar to other orienta-
tions.
S Optimize the Teach data with CheckOpti.
With the CheckOpti software even minimum differences in the
features can be recognized. Further information can be ob-
tained from your technical advisor.
