A.2 Replacement of components
When replacing components, observe the notes in Tab. A.5.
Replacement Description
... of a CMAX or the CPX ter
minal
Parameterisation/identification/adaptation
– Many determined data depend on the individual components and
can therefore not be parameterised manually.
After replacement, always perform the entire commissioning
again.
Movement test
– Performance of the movement test can be skipped if the drive,
displacement encoder or VPWP is unchanged and no changes
were made to the tubing connection.
Recommendation: Run movement test again.
... of the drive, displacement
encoder or VPWP as well as
changes to the tubing connec
tion
Parameterisation
– When identical components are replaced, the parameterisation
remains unchanged.
– The serial numbers of the new components must be taken over
with FCT or written with the controller, otherwise the CMAX
remains in the status C03.
Movement test
Urgent recommendation: Run movement test again.
Identification/adaptation
– The determined data depend on the individual components.
Therefore, after replacement, always perform the identification
or the entire commissioning again.
Zero points, position values, software end positions, record table
– The reference system can change when the drive or displacement
encoder is replaced!
Check reference points.
