The multi-pin plug socket NECA-…-MP1 can be used for static and clocked safety outputs:
– Static enable signals (EN1/E N2 = 24 V)

– Clocked enable signals (EN1/EN2 = 24 V) for cross-circuit detection.
Cross-circuit detection by means of clock signals is c arried out through the safety switching device/
safety PLC.

The diagrams for the switching c haracteristics can be found in the chapter 14 “Technical data”
( Fig. 20).
Note
Since the cloc k outputs from different controller manufacturers a re not standardised,
their usability must be checked in each case. If the clock pulse is outside of the de-
scribed limits, this is recognised by the MS6-SV-E as an error and a safe switch-off is
performed.
