Identification of signal transitions
If safety outputs with test pulses are used to control the MS6-SV-E, the following runtime performance
must be observed:
MS6-SV -E Exhaust status
Test pulses < 3 ms are ignored
MS6-SV-E Pressurisation status
Test pulses < 12 ms are ignored
Cross-circuit detection of the enable signals
Generally, a cross-circuit detection must be ensured to achieve performance level e. Dependent on the
selected plug, either the MS6-SV-E detects the cross circuit itself or the safety switching device/PLC.
