, Hysteresis of alarm 1, 2 and 3 (Setting range: 0 to 50% FS)
[Description]
The alarm is detected in the two-position operation (ON/
OFF). The hysteresis means the difference between the
input at ON and the input at OFF. For example, the hys-
teresis of 5°C means that the range between ON and OFF
is 5°C.
•As to the decimal point position, the setting at is
