Logging In the Machine in the Single Account Mode
The following procedure describes how to log in to the machine when the machine is
in Single Account Mode.
When the machine is in Single Account Mode,
[_ _ _ _ _ _] appears in the status machine
diagram.
For information on how to select an account mode in the
system settings, refer to "Account Mode Settings"
(P.119).
1 Enter a password using the numeric keypad.
Note • The password is the same as the system
administrator’s password used for entering
the system administration mode from the
control panel. For information, refer to
"Enter the System Administration Mode"
(P.114).
For security reasons, as you enter each digit of
the password, a hyphen appears in the display
instead of the actual number that you enter.
2 Press the <Start> button to confirm the
entered password.
