Starting up and operation
The VNC file transfer interface will open.

Ê In the right column, point to the default storage folder
X:\Users\Public\Documents.
Ê Locate and select the PrimeCollect file (zip-format) you have saved earlier.
Ê In the left column, select the destination directory on your local client system.
Ê Click Receive to transfer the PrimeCollect file to your local client system.
Ê Contact the Fujitsu Technology Solutions customer support to analyse the
log files and recommend further measures.
