2. User display
This display is intended as information so that
a user can make a judgment as to whether the
received message is relevant to the own ship,
on the basis of the own ship position and the
position information included in the received
message.
For instance, if the position data of X and Y is
included in the received message, the distance
to X is calculated since the position X is nearer
to the own ship position than the position Y.
