6.11 Brake systems

• The required length of the straight portion of the
line end and the bent portion must conform to the
dimensions specified in Fig. 3.
• Use high pressure air nozzle to clean and remove
foreign matter from inside the brake lines before
use. Use compressed air for cleaning. Cleaning oil
is not recommended, but completely remove any
residue if it is used.
6.11.3 Running additional lines
• Avoid crossing brake lines. If this is unavoidable,
position each line so it clears the other by more
than 15 mm. (Fig. 4)
• Position the brake lines so that they are not closer
than 15 mm to sharp edges of the frame or other
parts. (Fig. 5)
