5.4.4 Analog Output
To provide the measured or conditioned signals in an analog form the e.bloxx A6-2CF has 2 undependend analog
outputs. The selectable signal range is +/- 10 V, the D/A-resolution is 16 bit and the frequency range is 1000 Hz.
Each analog output can be connected to any conditioned signal like gross, net, maximum, minimum, math channel, etc.
To set the analog outputs it is necessary to define a new variable. For that option click at any field in a row.
Column "Type"
Select
Analog Output
in the window that opens when clicking on that column.
Columns "Variable Name" and "Format/Adjustment"
According to chapter
5.4.2 Signal Conditioning
.
Column "Sensor"
This column is not relevant for the analog outputs.
Columns "Type of", "Connection" and "Terminals"
These columns are fix and showing the output signal, the connection signal / ground and the used terminals. The first
output selection will use output 1.
Column "Range/Error"
In the field
Scaling
it is possible to set the analog output. That means the relation between the measured signals like
force or torque and the output voltage. Two pairs of values have to be defined. The maximum output voltage is ±10.2 V. The
characteristic can be freely defined.
The field Out of Range Response is not relevant.
