PTIONS
The next option available to the Administrator to secure access is to enforce password selection so that
easily guessed passwords are not used. This selection is called Enforce Secure Passwords. By setting this
feature to Y (yes) the system forces the user to select a password of at least eight characters with at least one
alphabetic and one numeric character as part of the password. The Security Options menu is found in the
Security Functions menu by selecting <3> Security Options. The Security Options menu is shown in
Figure D-6. This feature also requires the user name be entered during Login.
