If you want to add variable QR codes, please follow step 5~8.
Step 5 Use text tool to add texts to the name card design (Note: the input text need to be the same
as the text in the cell of the spreadsheet)
Step 6 Select the text and go to Text→QR-Code→Text to QR Code to convert the text to QR code.
