1. Turn OFF (O) t
he ES On/Off switch.
2. Turn off the air bleed valves to the fluid source
and to the gun.
3. Trigge
r the gun into a grounded metal waste

ner to relieve the fluid pressure.
4. Open the pump d
rain valve, having a waste
container re
ady to catch the drainage. Leave
thepumpdrai
n valve open until you are ready
to spray agai
n.
5. If the nozzle or hose is completely clogged or
pressure is not fully relieved, slowly loosen the
hose end coupling. Now clear the nozzle or hose.
Startup
Follow all steps under Gun Setup Checklist, page 18.
Shutdown
1. Flush the gun, see Flushing, page 28.
2. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure, page 27.
3. Hang the gun from its hook, with the nozzle
pointing down.
