Cleaning the print head and the platen roller
Whenthereisdirtontheprintheadortheplatenroller,therubprintingappearsontheprintingresult.
Whenthereisdustontheprintheadortheplatenroller,theverticalwhitelinesareappeared.
Cleantheprintheadbythefollowingprocedure,andthenperformtheprintingtest.
How to clean the print head
(1) Detachtheribbonstocker.
(2) Opentheprintheadsection,andgentlywipetheheatingelementsectionatthetipoftheheadwith
thecleaningstickasshowninthepicturebelow.

Sincethereisthepossibilityofdamagingtheheadifyourubitforcefullyorwipeitwithacloththathas
notbeenspecied,wipeitonlywithacleaningstick.
Whenparticularlydirty,applyalittleIPA(IsopropylAlcohol90%purityorgreater)andrubitgently.
Soastonotdamageit,neverstrikeorscratchitwithasharporhardobject.
Uponperformingmaintenance,inordertopreventthelikesofelectrostaticdisruptionandcorrosion,
pleasedonotdirectlytouchtheprintheadswithyourhands.Ensurenottodothesameforthemedia
surfacethattheprintheadscomeintocontactwith.
