Refer to page 35 for setpoint setup parameters.
EXAMPLE: Set an underload limit condition and overload limit condition setpoints.
Setpoint 1 is configured as an overload setpoint. The SET.PTS:TARG.HI value sets the
value for the overload limit.
Setpoint 2 is an underload setpoint and its limit value is set by SET.PTS:TARG.LO value.
The SET.PTS:SRC setting allows the gross weight or displayed weight to be chosen as the
source for the setpoint operation. This allows the overload and underload limits to be linked to
gross weights or alternatively to be linked to the current displayed weights.

The Model 250X is capable of performing as a check weigher. The status of the checkweighing is
displayed on the LCD as well as the Over, Pass and Under LEDs on the front of the indicator.
Refer to page 22 for details on the status annunciators.
Refer to page 35 for checkweigh setup parameters.
EXAMPLE: Set the high and low limit tolerances for the acceptance window.
Setpoint 1 is configured as the high (over) limit. The CHECK.W:OVER value sets the value
for the high limit. The setpoint will trigger when the high limit value is exceeded. The red
indication light will be lit.
Setpoint 2 is configured as the low (under) limit. The CHECK.W:UNDER value sets the
value for the low limit. The setpoint will trigger when the weight falls below low limit value.
The yellow indication light will be lit.
If the value falls between the over and under limits, the green indication light will be lit.
The CHECK.W:SRC setting allows the gross weight or displayed weight to be chosen as the
source for the checkweigh operation. This allows the overload and underload limits to be linked
to gross weights or alternatively to be linked to the current displayed weights.
