Problem (Exchange/Off ice 365): Conflicting Meetings Indicated at
Incorrect Time
If a meeting is scheduled for a time that has already been reserved for a given room, it is a Conflicting Meeting. If conflicts are
allowed (in Exchange/Office 365), then conflicting meetings may be indicated at a time other than what was requested by the user
(FIG. 178):
Possible Solution
Disable conflicts in Exchange/Office 365: verify that the AllowConflicts property is set to False for the room with which the Acendo
Book panel is associated. Once disabled, conflicting meetings will be declined by the scheduling system.
Problem: "Master Connection Error" Displayed
If the Master panel goes offline for any reason, the Master panel as well as all Member panels in the Scheduling Group display the
Master Connection Error message shown in FIG. 179:
Possible Solutions
Check the connection status of the Master panel and verify that the network configuration. For example, has the Username,
Password or IP Address of the Master Panel been changed? Once the Master panel is connected to the network, the Member panels
should recover automatically.
