10 Configuring the CANHEAD modules with
MGCplus
Three steps have to be taken to configure the CANHEAD modules:
S Configuring the CANHEAD module
S Configuring the ML74B communication module
S As a last step, assigning the CANHEAD modules to the MGC measurement
channels.
The measuring point‐specific configuration data are stored in the CB10xx base
module. The configuration data of the MGCplus channels are stored in the
MGCplus with the connected ML74B.

This chapter is to provide a survey about how to configure the CANHEAD mod
ules or the ML74 communication module using the MGCplus Assistant PC soft
ware.
