New brake disk bolts must be coated with
Precote
before fitting.
Such screws are enclosed with each motor on
delivery.
Service packs with matching
screws can also be
HEINZMANN.
Special screw M6×0.5
Tightening torque: 10 (+0.5) Nm
Item no: 880-80-305-00
After fitting the brake disk, the torque arm
including axle can be refitted.
To avoid damaging the pin holes,
HEINZMANN also
impact extractor for assembly.
The screws for mounting the stub axle must
be coated with Precote
.
On delivery, 3 screws are included with each
motor. Suitable screws can also be obtained
from HEINZMANN.
