Energy-Saving Monitor
If the external monitor is an energy-saving monitor, you can
enable the monitor energy-saving features either in Computer
Setup or within Windows:
■
In Windows 95, double-click the Display icon in Control
Panel, then click Screen Saver
ÆEnergy Saving Features.
■
In Windows NT, double-click the Power icon in Control
Panel, then click AC Energy SaverÆEnergy Save Monitor.
NOTE:
If you enable the monitor energy-saving features and the
external monitor is not an energy-saving monitor, the display may
become distorted when the screen timeout occurs.
Docking Connector
The docking connector is used for the optional ArmadaStation
expansion base or one of the Armada MiniStation convenience
bases. For docking procedures, see the documentation included
with the optional docking base.
