• CAUSE: At STN process startup, an error was detected in the license file with the parameter name indicated
<2> and associated value <3>.
• EFFECT: Some STN features may not operate or may operate incorrectly.
• ACTION: Contact your distributor.

"<STN process name> Audit interface running"
• CAUSE: The audit interface was successfully initialized.
• EFFECT: Audit events will be recorded.
• ACTION: None; informational only.
zstn-evt-audit-init-err value is 1009
"<STN process name> Audit interface initialization error: <2> <3>"
• CAUSE: The audit interface could not be initialized. <2> is the Guardian file error code and <3> is a textual
description.
• EFFECT: No audit events will be recorded. Depending on the value of the auditing parameter in the LICENSE
file, STN may operate in limited mode.
• ACTION: STN will periodically retry audit initialization. If the error persists, contact support.
