HP P2000 Deployment Guide

1 Introduction
This document provides guidelines, instructions, and illustrated examples of attaching external
6Gb/s SAS storage enclosures to an HP BladeSystem c-Class enclosure. These deployment guidelines
and configuration examples will help when deploying a solution centered around a BladeSystem
c-Class enclosure with server blades, 6Gb/s SAS controllers, 6Gb/s SAS switch blades, and
6Gb/s external SAS storage enclosures. MSL Tape Libraries and Tape Autoloaders are also
discussed.
