If the server is in rack mode, remove the server from the rack .
5. Remove the access panel.
6. Disconnect the serial port cable from the iLO-M.2-serial module .
7. Remove the serial port:
a. Remove the hex screws (callout 1).
b. Detach the serial port from the rear panel (callout 2).
