ensure magnetic adherence.

10.2.3 BBU In-band Networking
Prerequisites
The SMU connects to the baseband unit (BBU) of the base transceiver station
(BTS) for in-band communication. The BTS is required to be later than GBSS12.0
and support in-band networking.
Procedure
Step 1 Install a communications cable.
1. Connect one end of a cable to the RS485/RS232 port on the SMU.
2. Connect the other end to the MON1 or MON0 port on the BBU.
