NOTE
Current sharing indicates that the power of two power supply units can be accumulated for powered devices
(PDs). The power for the device cannot be accumulated.
When two power supply units are used, they work in redundancy backup mode to provide power for the
device and in load balancing mode to provide power for PDs.
Non-PoE Power Supply Configuration
On a non-PoE switch, one or two power supply units can be configured.
When two power supply units are used, they work in 1:1 backup mode to provide power for the
device.
NOTE
The power supply units of S5324TP-SI and S5348TP-SI are not hot swappable.
The S5324TP-SI and S5348TP-SI support redundancy power supply (RPS).
