7.2.1.2 Performing a Capacity Test
Context
This item allows you to fully discharge batteries. A deep discharge test is
conducted to obtain the battery discharge performance data.
NO TICE
Before performing a capacity test, ensure that:
The UPS is working in normal mode; oat charging has lasted for 2 hours after
the SOC reaches 100%; the load rate uctuation is less than 10%.
The UPS generates no battery overtemperature, overvoltage, or overcurrent
alarm. No generator is connected to the UPS.
The mains, batteries, charger, and discharger are normal. No overload alarm is
generated.
The SmartLi generates no alarms related to lithium batteries.
Procedure
Step 1 On the home screen of the LCD, choose System Info > Maintenance > Battery
Maint.
Step 2 Tap Start on the right of Capacity Test to start a capacity test.

NO TE
The capacity test automatically stops in any of the following cases:
The minimum cell voltage reaches 2.65 V.
The load uctuation exceeds 10%.
An alarm is generated.
The test is complete when the minimum cell voltage reaches 2.65 V. The test data is
obtained from the capacity test. Save the test data obtained from the latest 36 tests.
