Cable Name
Description
Parallel
communications
cable
● Optional. It is congured for a parallel system.
● 5 m or 15 m, depending on the distance between
parallel cabinets. A maximum of four 15 m
communications cables are supported.
UPS communications
cable
● Optional. It is congured if the SmartLi needs to
communicate with the UPS.
● If the SmartLi is used with the UPS5000-E, UPS5000-
S, or UPS5000-H, you need to crimp RJ45 connectors
onto the network cable onsite.
● If the SmartLi is used with the integrated UPS in a
smart module, the cable BOM number is
04071114-001 (about 5 m). If the cable is not long
enough, use an extension cable (optional). You need
to crimp RJ45 connectors and adapters onto the
network cable onsite.
