6.3.3 Connecting Cables Between the UPS and the SmartLi

Prerequisites

If the SmartLi is congured, perform the following steps to connect cables.

Procedure

Step 1 Connect cables between the UPS and the SmartLi.

1. Connect battery cables to the SmartLi or BBB box.

2. Connect the COM2 port on the monitoring interface card (MUS05A) in the

control module to the COM port on the master SmartLi cabinet.

● The following gure uses the scenario with a BBB box congured as an example.

● The number and colors of cables are for reference only.
