10.2.1 Restarting the S5700 Immediately Through Command Lines
Context
CAUTION
The reboot command can paralyze the network for a while. Therefore, run the reboot command
with caution.
Before restarting the S5700, check whether to save the configuration file and whether the file
contents are correct. For details on saving the configuration file, refer to the Quidway S5700
Series Ethernet Switches Configuration Guide - Basic Configuration.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
reboot
The S5700 is restarted immediately.
