5.2.8 Replacing the engine air lter
Dismantling
1. Raise the engine cover.
2. Loosen the two fasteners holding the lter cover
and remove it.
3. Remove the lter cartridge from the lter
housing.
4. The machine has an extra lter that is tted
inside the lter cartridge. Also remove that lter.
Assembling
1. Assemble in reverse order.
2. Fit the new lter cartridge. Make sure the lter
cartridge is correctly tted over the air intake in
the lter housing.
3. Replace the air lter cover, ensure that the
particle collector is facing downwards.
