Server canister status LEDs
The following table describes the possible behavior of server canister status LEDs.

Canister identify (Blue) Canister fault (Amber) Behavior
ON OFF OFF The server canister
boots and operates
normally.
ON or OFF OFF ON A server canister fault is
detected.
ON or Flashing ON OFF The server canister is
being sent an identify
command.
Flashing ~1 Hz ON or OFF ON or OFF BMC is powered ON.
Canister is powered
OFF. A service action is
allowed.
Slow Flashing ON ON BMC is powered ON.
Rapid Flashing OFF ON or OFF BMC is powering ON.
