Thermal requirement
If you have a 5105-22E system, you might be required to set the thermal mode of the system to a
setting other than the default setting, depending on your system, adapter, and cable type.
Cables
For this HBA, IBM
®
offers either Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables up to 2 M or Active Optical Cables
(AOC) up to 100 M. QSFP112 based transceivers are included on each end of these cables.

The NDR cables that are listed in the below table support connecting an NDR two port 200 Gb HBA.
