continuing with this procedure.
Perform the following:
1. Disconnect the mainline ac power cable from the customer’s ac power outlet.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the ac voltage at the customer’s ac power outlet.
Is the ac voltage from 200 V ac to 240 V ac?
NO Inform the customer that the ac voltage at the power outlet is not correct.
This ends the procedure. Go to ″Map 0410: Repair Checkout″ in the
Diagnostics Information for Multiple Bus Systems

YES Replace the mainline ac power cable.

A CEC power supply is reporting a load fault.

continuing with this procedure.
Perform the following steps to isolate the problem.
Step 1524-1
1. Turn off the power.
2. Disconnect the ac power cables (dc power cables in a dc-powered system) from the
CEC drawer.
3. At the top of the CEC drawer, remove the following cards, in the sequence listed:
a. CEC memory riser 1(if present)
b. CEC processor
c. CEC memory riser 2 (if present)
4. Reconnect the ac power cables (dc power cables in a dc-powered system) to the
CEC drawer.
5. Turn on the power.
Is the error code 1011 1C0x displayed?
NO Go to “Step 1524-7” on page 111.
YES Go to “Step 1524-2” on page 110.
