Preparser Cmd

Allows users to select which preparser command to use. Once the command
is selected, the command will be executed immediately when it is sent to the
printer.
• Status (the default). Select (STCC) STATUS command.
• Cancel. Select (STCC) CANCEL command.
Preparser Port
(From page 184)
Allows users to select which port to send the Preparser command to the
printer.
• Disable (the default). Not using the Preparser command.
• Parallel. The Parallel port (including attached Ethernet card).
• Serial. The Serial port.
• Ethernet. The embedded Ethernet port. This option only shows when the
embedded ethernet is installed.
Primary Subset
(From page 190, page 195.) This item allows selection of the desired primary
character subset used by the printer. The factory default is ASCII (USA).
Print Char. Set
(From page 191, page 193, page 195, page 197, page 200.)
Selecting this item by pressing the ↵ key causes the printer to print the
currently selected character set.
Printer PI
(From page 189.)
• Disable (the default). The LP+ Emulation is configured with the PI line
disabled.
• Enable. The LP+ Emulation is configured with the PI line enabled.
Printer Select
(From page 196, page 200.)
• Disable (the default). Ignores the ASCII DC1 and DC3 control codes.
• Enable. Disables the printer when a DC1 control code is received, and
enables the printer when a DC3 control code is received.
