    How to reprogram the master code on an IEI Technology prox.pad Keypad if it's lost or the keypad won't enter program mode?

      If your IEI Technology Keypad is not entering program mode, or you've forgotten the master code, follow these steps: 1. Turn the power to the keypad ON, then remove the main circuit board from the unit. 2. Locate the “Program” button (SW1) underneath the main circuit board and press it for about 2 seconds. Handle the board carefully, avoiding touching solder points. 3. To program a new master code, press: 1# new-code * repeat-code *. The code can be 1-6 digits. 4. To exit program mode, press *. 5. Continue programming as needed.
