Poor Wireless Connectivity or Range
Try the following:
Check the signal strength, indicated by the wireless client manager. If the signal is low, try to reposition
the TG-1 Gateway or (if available) redirect the antenna(s) of the TG-1 Gateway for optimal performance.
Change the wireless channel.
Use WPA(2)-PSK as encryption.

Change the wireless channel
Proceed as follows:
1 Browse to the The TG-1 Gateway GUI.
For more information, see “4.1 Access from your local network” on page 29.
2 Click Wireless. The Wireless page appears.
3 In the Channel list under Interface, click a channel other than displayed in Current channel.
4 Click Save.
Cannot connect via WPS
Make sure that WPS is enabled on the TG-1 Gateway. Proceed as follows:
To enable WPS proceed as follows:
1 Browse to the The TG-1 Gateway GUI.
For more information, see “4.1 Access from your local network” on page 29.
2 Click Wireless. The Wireless page appears.
3 If the WPS switch under Access Point, is switched to:
then WPS is already enabled, no further actions are needed.
then WPS is disabled, click to switch it to and then click Save.
If you are having trouble connecting your wireless client via WPS, try to configure it manually. For more
information, see “3.2 How to manually connect a wireless client” on page 21.
