C.6.2 How to Recover to Factory Defaults
1. Power the device down with the stop button.
2. Remove the metal compensator. This is down within a few steps easily.
At first open the upper unit by clicking the locking lashes at the left and right side of the
housing.
Then find a gap at the right side of the
compensators plate

and a gap at the left side of the
compensators plate where you can pull the
compensator plate upwards.

Pull the compensator plate slowly backwards
to the document table
