1. Anyproductonwhichtheserialnumberhasbeendefaced,modiedorremoved.
2. Damage,deteriorationormalfunctionresultingfrom:
a. Accident,misuse,neglect,fire,water,lightning,orotheractsofnature,
unauthorizedproductmodification,orfailuretofollowinstructionssuppliedwith
theproduct.
b. RepairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbyInFocus.
c. Damagetoorlossofanyprograms,dataorremovablestoragemedia.
d. Softwareordatalossoccurringduringrepairorreplacement.
e. Anydamageoftheproductduetoshipment.
f. Removalorinstallationoftheproduct.
g. Causesexternaltotheproduct,suchaselectricpoweructuationsorfailure.
h. UseofsuppliesorpartsnotmeetinglnFocusspecications.
i. Normalwearandtear.
j. FailureofownertoperformperiodicproductmaintenanceasstatedinUser
Guide.
k. Anyothercausewhichdoesnotrelatetoaproductdefect.
l. Damagecausedbystatic(non-moving}imagesdisplayedforlengthyperiodsof
time(imageburn-in}.
m. Anythird-partysoftwareincludedwiththeproductorinstalledbythecustomer.
n. Installationofanyunauthorizedhardware,accessories,consumablepartsor
components.
o. Damageto,orabuseof,thecoatingonthesurfaceofthedisplaythrough
inappropriatecleaningasdescribedinproductUserGuide.
