WARRANTY STATEMENT
InFocuswarrantsitsproductstobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
duringthewarrantyperiod.Ifaproductprovestobedefectiveinmaterialor
workmanshipduringthewarrantyperiod,InFocuswill,atitssoleoption,repairor
replacetheproductwithasimilarproduct.ReplacementProductsorpartsmayinclude
remanufacturedorrefurbishedpartsorcomponents.Thereplacementunitwillbe
coveredbythebalanceoftimeremainingonthecustomer'soriginallimitedwarranty.
InFocusprovidesnowarrantyforanythird-partysoftwarewhetherincludedwiththe
productorinstalledbythecustomer,installationofanyunauthorizedorthirdparty
hardwarepartsorcomponents(e.g.ProjectorLamps}.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
AllbrandnewInFocusproductscarryathirty(30}dayDeadonArrival(DOA}
warrantypolicyfortherstconsumerpurchaser.Anewreplacementunitwillbe
providediftheProductisfoundtobenon-operationalwithinthirty(30}daysof
purchaseandfreightshallbecoveredbothwaysbylnFocus.
WHO THE WARRANTY PROTECTS
Thiswarrantyisvalidonlyfortherstconsumerpurchaser,itisnontransferable.
