The LEDs turn ON and OFF,
but the power circuits and
attached equipment will not
activate.
There is improper voltage
at PE653 power terminals
2 and 5.
Check voltage at power
terminals with a voltometer.
The receiver is locked up. The receiver needs to be reset. Turn off the breaker that feeds
terminals 1 & 2 on the receiver.
Return power.
The receiver is not
responding to commands
from the controller.
The antenna is not properly
installed on top of the receiver.
Install the antenna on the
receiver.
Local antenna connector pins
on receiver are not properly
inserting into plug on the
antenna.
Re-install the local antenna
connector pins on the receiver.

operate in 2-speed mode.
Wiring is incorrect. Check wiring.
Incorrect voltage. Check voltage with a
voltometer.
The controller is not congured

2-Speed Pump” on page 22.
The pump is damaged. Contact the pump manufacturer
for assistance.
The high speed and low
speed (circuits 1 and 2) turn
ON together when power is
activated to the pump.
The system is not programmed
for 2-speed operations.
Reprogram controller for
2-speed operation.

The pump circuit breaker
trips every time that the
pump turns ON.
