Chapter 9—Memory Cartridge
9.1 Description
e printer’s built-in memory can be expanded with an optional memory
cartridge, that is inserted into a slot in the base frame after the print frame
has been opened. When no cartridge is used, the slot is covered by a blind
plate.
On the front short side is a switch, that is used in connection with firm-
ware upgrading (see Chapter 12). Normally, the switch should be set in its
lower position.
