6.3 Prompt Information Reference
The IT-M7700 series power supply has a detailed error and prompt information
function, so as to help the user to easily carry out positioning and measurement
during measurement and use.
This section describes all error information of the IT-M7700 series power supply
as well as disposals. All prompt information is listed.
Error information list
Error information Description and disposals
OVPrms Occurred!! The voltage value read on the panel exceeds the OVPrms setting
value. Check whether the OVPrms setting value is too low or the
output voltage setting value is too high.
OVPpeak Occurred!! The peak value of the output voltage readback exceeds the OVP-
peak setting value. Check whether the OVPpeak setting value is
too low or the output voltage peak value is too high.
UVPrms Occurred!! The readback value when the output voltage is stable is lower
than the UVPrms setting value. Check whether the UVPrms set-
ting value is too high or whether there is sudden voltage drop due
to abnormal loading.
OCPrms Occurred!! The current value read on the panel exceeds the OCPrms setting
value. Check whether the OCPrms setting value is too low or
whether the load is too large.
OCPpeak Occurred!! The peak value of the output current readback exceeds the OCP-
peak setting value. Check whether the OCPpeak setting value is
too low or the output current peak value is too high.
OPP Occurred!! The total output power exceeds the OPP setting value. Check
whether the OPP setting value is too low or whether the load is
too large.
Over Temp Occurred!! The system temperature is too high. Check whether the fan is
stopped or whether the rotation speed is not increased along with
the output load.
Fan Error Occurred!! The fan rotation speed cannot be detected. Check whether the
fan is stopped due to abnormality.
DD_OCP Occurred!! The over-current protection of the hardware (DCtoDC power lev-
el) is triggered. Check whether the output has short circuit or ab-
normal loading.
DA_OCOVP Occurred!! The hardware protection of the hardware (DCtoAC power level) is
triggered. Check whether the output has short circuit or abnormal
loading.
PFC fail Occurred!! The communication cannot be established between the DSP con-
trol board and PFC power level.
