4.8.1 Measurement Functions
This power supply provides measurement functions for 12 types of electrical pa-
rameters. All these measurement parameters can be displayed on the main
interface.
• Under the DC mode, the DC main interface displays all DC measurements:
Vdc, Idc and P.
• Under the AC mode, the AC main interface 1 displays the following AC
measurements: Vrms, Irms, F, P, Ip, and PF; and the AC main interface 2
displays the following AC measurements: Vrms, Irms, Q、P, S, vTHD and
iTHD. You can use the [Select] key to switch between the AC main interface
1 and the AC main interface 2.
The definitions of the functions are listed in the following table:

AC Mode
Vrms It is the measurement of Voltage effective value.
Irms It is the measurement of Current effective value.
F It is the measurement of Frequency.
P Active Power.
Ip Current peak-to-peak value.
PF It is the Power Factor, and its calculation formula = P/S.
Q It is the Reactive Power, and its calculation formula =

S It is the Apparent Power, and its calculation formula =
Vrms × Irms。
vTHD Total voltage harmonic distortion factor.
iTHD Total current harmonic distortion factor.
DC Mode
Vdc It is the measurement of DC Voltage.
Idc It is the measurement of DC Current.
P Power.
IT-M7721L/IT-M7722L does not support displaying vTHD and iTHD.
