5.1 Series Operation
IT-M7721/7722/7722D/7722E/7723D/7723E power supply support series oper-
ation, series connection can be applied between same models to increase out-
put power and output voltage, but it can’t be applied between different models.
IT-M7721/7722/7722D/7722E/7723D/7723E power supply supports up to two
power supplies in series.
For example, the output specification of IT-M7721 is 300V/1A/300VA, then the
total output after series is 600V/1A/600VA, the output power and output voltage
are both double. This chapter takes two IT-M7721 power supply as an example
to describe how to series the single units and how to return from series mode to
single mode.
Operation steps
1. Connect the instruments according to the following diagram.
