Error information Description and disposals
OPP Limit Occurred!! The instantaneous output power exceeds the maximum load that
the hardware can bear. Check whether the output has short cir-
cuit or abnormal loading.
DSP disconnected!! The communication of the control board is abnormal. Check the
communication cable between the UI display board and the con-
trol board (DSP).
Interface disconnected!! The adapter card communication is abnormal or the communica-
tion card is not installed.
SCPI Error xxx There is a SCPI command error. Refer to “SYS- Tem:ERRor?” in
the IT-M7700 Programming and Syntax Guide for codes.
System Restart PFC power level startup abnormal.

Prompt message Description
TEST MEMORY The memory is initialized.
List Test x The List x data is initialized.
Read LIST x Data Read the xth LIST data.
AC Power Off Switch off the power.
Invailid in Output Mode This operation is unavailable under the Output mode.
Invailid in DC Mode This operation is unavailable under the DC mode.
Over 100 Hz The frequency setting is over 100 Hz and the MCL cannot be ad-
justed at this time.
Invalid in AC+DC = Off When the AC+DC function is off, the AC or DC cannot be
switched when the power output is On.
Invalid in Analog Ctrl V-Set and I-Set are controlled by analog and cannot be controlled
from the front panel of the power supply.
6.4 Contact of ITECH Engineers
This section describes operations to be carried out by the user in case of failure
of the instrument.
Preparation before contact
When the instrument fails, you should make the following preparations before
returning the instrument to ITECH for repair or contacting engineers.
