Operation and Application
• The buzzer sounds intermittently three times: one long beep and two short
beeps.
• The interface displays “Remote Sense Occurred!!”.
To clear the protection status and return to normal operation, firstly remove the
conditions that caused the protection fault. Press [Esc] key (or send the com-
mand PROTect:CLEar) to clear the protection status. The “Remote Sense Oc-
curred!!” displayed in front panel is cleared and the instrument exits protection
status.
4.10.9 Limiting the Setting Value Range
All setting values (Vac, Vdc, Freq, OCPrms) can be adjusted between 0 and
100%. You can reset the upper and lower limits of all setting values in the
Protect menu. After setting the limiting values, the setting values of Vac, Vdc,
Freq, OCPrms can only be set within the upper and lower limit ranges. The
operation steps are as follows.
1. Press the composite keys [Shift] + [F-set](Protect) to enter Protect menu
interface.
2. Rotate the knob to select Range Set and press [Enter] key to confirm.
3. Rotate the knob to switch the display of maximum value/minimum value
options of setting values like Vac, Vdc, Freq and OCPrms. Select one item
and press [Enter] key to confirm.
• Vac-Max: set the maximum value of the AC voltage setting value.
• Vac-Min: set the minimum value of the AC voltage setting value.
• Vdc-Max: set the maximum value of the DC voltage setting value.
• Vdc-Min: set the minimum value of the DC voltage setting value.
• Freq-Max: set the maximum value of the frequency setting value.
• Freq-Min: set the minimum value of the frequency setting value.
• OCP-Max: set the maximum value of the OCPrms setting value.
• OCP-Min: set the minimum value of the OCPrms setting value.
4. Rotate the knob to adjust the parameter, and press [Enter] key to confirm.
5. Press [Esc] to exit the protection menu setting.
