The button that will then change to read “Enable Axes” as shown
in Figure 167.

Figure 168 shows the Z-axis sitting on hard stops which
prevent the axis from moving down any further.

Step 6 – Lock out and tag out to ensure it is safe to
begin working inside the machine.

CAUTION
Always use OSHA approved lock out tag out procedure.
Step 7 – Open door.
Step 8 – Remove cover by removing the 6 screws on
top.
NOTE
This will be a tight fit with the top on the machine. Figure 169
shows the screw locations with the top of the machine removed.
Step 3 Enable the Axes by clicking or touching the
button shown in Figure 164.
NOTE
When axes are enabled the button will read “Disable Axes, and
when the axes are disabled the button will read “Enable Axes.

Step 4 Jog Z1 down by selecting the Z-1-Axis rst
(Shown with the Arrow) and then pressing the button
Jog Z1 Down” to End Stop (Shown circled),The Saw will
Beep and stop. Refer Figure 165.

Step 5 Disable Axes using the “Disable Axes button
shown in Figure 166. Look at the drive status if each Axis
on the left is marked with a red “x it means the Axes are
disabled.
