PLC I/O Control
ACCESSING:
PLC I/O Control
DESCRIPTION: Use this screen to setup the PLC I/O Con-
trol features that can optionally be used.
The following selections appear here:
PLC Interlock – When enabled, this will deter-
mine Slide Valve control. If an input module has
been installed into position #1 of Digital Board
2, it will be used to determine PLC Control. If
the input signal is lost, the mode is switched to
Automatic. The input must be energized before
going into Remote.
Remote Enable Output – The output for channel
2, digital board 2 (Remote Enable) will be ener-
gized when the Compressor Mode has been set
for Remote operation, and one of the following
parameters have been selected:
• Disabled – This feature is disabled.
• Compressor Mode: Remote I/O
• Compressor and Capacity Modes: Re-
mote I/O
• Compressor Mode: Remote I/O and
Capacity Mode: Remote 4-20
Remote Control Setpoint - This provides for
using the Remote Control Setpoint analog input
(channel 12) for Capacity Control of compres-
sors. A pull down box is provided that changes
between the following selections:
• Disabled – This feature is disabled.
• Enabled – This feature is enabled.
